Figured where it's been a hot min I should yap a little, bc even though I did want to take a bit of a break from things after my last track, some stuff came up soon after, and paired with extra junk irl, what was supposed to be a short break from chewing at LMMS turned into a bit more than that to say the least, lololol

I would like to come back to making music when I feel inspired/motivated to do so again, I have a few friends both online and irl that are interested in when my next track is coming out, but to put it simply I feel I shouldn't force myself to do something that's just for fun as a hobby, much less put out songs that lack the proper care and passion put into them as a result

tldr indefinite hiatus I suppose, but I don't intend for it to be forever, ideally

Already broke my self-imposed rule of not editing a track I've uploaded with last night's "Pondering the Meaning of Life and Reality" as I was just, really thrown off by the first like, cut of the drum loop. I meant to, yknow, upload that elsewhere (prob a delisted YouTube video) for archival purposes, but uuhhhhhh...

Guess who overwrote those files :3 (and Newgrounds doesn't let me download my own projects, lol)

Regardless, I vibe with the slight edit of the track much more than the original, it feels a lot more thought out which I definitely like, but I'll try not to do that too much in the future (and I'll make sure not to overwrite the version/s i plan on archiving next time, oops).

Been chewing on some stuff in the background since I last uploaded, but nothing's really clicked yet, between not really making the time for music w gaming and having a lot going on irl besides that.

Admittedly it's a lot simpler than my previous ambitions, but there's something in the works I'm getting pretty content with, so look forward to that at some point (probably).
